ASDA® PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVES
ASDA® silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is a toluene solution of organopolysiloxane and silicone resin, which is vulcanized by peroxide to manufacture various industrial pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
ASDA® TS-1163 to TS-1169 have excellent electrical properties. They are the best choice for masking tape and electrical insulating tape in electronic assembly (such as mica tapes).
Wide range of temperature resistance, applicable temperature ranges from -65°C to 260°C.
Excellent bonding agent for various surfaces, including materials with low surface energy (such as silicone, Fluoropolymers, and Polyolefins).
Moisture-proof, weather-resistant (ozone and sunlight), chemical-resistant (acid, alkali, oil, melting, alternating current analytical stripping), and biological-resistant (fungus).
Little silicone residue on the surface.
Excellent lap shear strength and creep resistance.
Excellent insulation and flame-retardant properties.
* The Initial Tack was tested according to the Rolling Ball Tack tester. The test meets the standards set by the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC-6), ASTM (ASTM D3121), GB/4852: 2002, and CNS11888 for tack testing a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
TS-1158 is a condensation-type silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. It can be used as a coating for substrates such as paper, glass fiber, velvet, TPU, PET, aluminum filling, and glass fiber.
