Tape Manufacturing Capacities
Plant Anhui's tape manufacturing site covers a 100,000 m2 plot of land with a 60,000 m2 factory with 48 production lines ranging from wire and cable insulation tapes, motor mica tapes, glass fiber tapes, PI composite traction motor tapes, etc.
Products are widely used in electric insulations, high-voltage motor insulations, power generators, transformers. Our plant operates with 4 million dollars of test equipment to ensure reliable and effective product quality control. All product lines meet the IEC 60331-21:1999 fire resistance test.
We start with silicone raw materials, synthetic resin, and silicone adhesives, to tape coating, baking, winding, and slitting. The integrated manufacturing chain adds value and flexibility to our clients.
ASDA-C Calcined Muscovite Mica Tape is a Class A fire-resistant and electric insulation material for cable wrapping, electrical winding insulation, winding wire coating insulation, windmill/power generators, high-voltage motors, and transformers.
At 850℃ to 900℃ or 1562℉ to 1652℉, under a voltage of 600V to 1000V, breakdown time ＞90 minutes.
Fire Resistance: Class A, BS6387 / 850℃ - 900℃ IEC 60331
ASDA-S Synthetic Mica Tape is a Class A fire-resistant and electric insulation material for cable wrapping, electrical winding insulation, winding wire coating insulation, windmill/power generators, high-voltage motors, and transformers.
At 950℃ to 1000℃ or 1742℉ to 1832℉, under a voltage of 600V to 1000V, breakdown time＞90 minutes.

ASDA-G Phlogopite Mica Tape is a Class B fire-resistant and electric insulation material for cable wrapping, electrical winding insulation, winding wire coating insulation, windmill/power generators, high-voltage motors, and transformers.
At 750℃ to 850℃ or 1382℉ to 1562℉, under a voltage of 600V to 1000V, breakdown time＞90 minutes.
Fire Resistance: Class B, IEC 60331, GB/T19216
The product features aluminum foil, aluminum foil + glass fiber, or aluminum foil grid + glass fiber as base material, coating with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, and rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive.
This flame-retardant tape has excellent resistance against high temperatures up to 260℃, salt spray, tear, puncture, and abrasion. It is waterproof, anti-radiation, anti-interference, heat insulation, and anti-corrosion.
